This site is another monumental step in the redevelopment of downtown, specifically the East Main area.  The purchase by Kevin's client took place in Downtown Sarasota, and included the acquisition of the 'Chase Bank' building, situated on the southeast corner of Washington and Fruitville, and spans 6 city blocks along Fruitville, just east of East Ave.

On November 3rd, 2021, Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. coordinated the sale of a 56,000 sq ft. industrial business park at 4301 32nd St. W Bradenton, FL. The space, once name Lakewood Business Park, is to be called “Bradenton Business Park” under its new ownership.

Kevin Robbins and Troy Robbins worked for over two years with the owner to prep the space before it was brought to market. The final closing agreement awarded the owner $4.95 million in closing revenue.
