Troy Robbins Closes Investment Property Sale to Wilde Honda!!
On October 14, 2021, Harry E. Robbins coordinated the sale of a 9,600 sq ft. industrial warehouse in Sarasota, Florida. Troy Robbins represented the seller of this $1,550,000 purchase and tracked down a commercial buyer; Wilde Honda, the automotive manufacturer won the contract to the listing amongst the competitive offers the multi-tenant flex space attracted.

The seller of the space was motivated to let go of the property as they were heading into retirement and decided that the space was more useful in the company’s hands. This also was not the first deal that Troy Robbins had done with this seller. The 73-year-old company's need to purchase another detailing location fortunately coincided with Troy and his seller’s negotiations. Years of trust gained over multiple successful transactions for his partner awarded Troy the freedom to negotiate with Wilde almost independently with the full faith of the seller. The commercial deal is yet another addition to Troy Robbins’ growing flex space investment transaction portfolio.

Honda’s new detailing shop is expected to be up and running sometime in early 2022 where they will utilize the large overhead delivery doors, the generous warehouse space, and the air-conditioned offices that the property at Deacon Rd. provides.
