On September 13^th, 2021, Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. completed the sale of the property on 3619 Webber Street, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Derek Robbins successfully handled this transaction, facilitating the deal for both buyer and seller. This property is of a total of 3,668 s/f and has the capacity to be occupied by multiple commercial operations. It was previously utilized as such, with its ground floor accommodating retail as well as office tenants. The new owner, “Vegan Saves Lives LLC”, is excited to occupy fill the ground floor space with their new cafe business.
