2. Unit 105 - 1,612 SF - Kevin Robbins handled this transaction by bringing the Landlord and Tenant, Bradenton Building Services together.
3. Units 106 & 107 - 3,224 SF - Kevin Robbins handled this transaction by bringing the Landlord and Tenant together.  The Tenant, Triumph Martial Arts offers professional karate instruction for kids to adults.
4. Units 108 & 109 - 3,224 SF - Kevin Robbins handled this transaction by bringing the Landlord and Tenant together.  The Tenant, LPAC Services is an A/C maintenance company offering multiple services to the Bradenton, Sarasota, & SWFL areas.
5. Units 102 - 104 - 4,836 SF - Kevin Robbins handled this transaction by bringing the Landlord and Tenant together.  The Tenant, Trakka USA, LLC designs and manufactures sophisticated searchlight, gyro-stabilized camera systems and optical technologies to see, save, and protect in the air, on land and at sea.
