Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. has announced today that their office has leased Unit 11 at 3080 N Washington Blvd, Sarasota, Florida, 34240. Troy Robbins handled this transaction. 

The Business Plaza is on the east side of N. Washington Blvd., between Myrtle Ave. and MLK Way. Each retail/office space has frontage and signage directly onto 301 and use of the common restrooms. There are currently other units still available near this space. This space was leased for $22,200.

Robbins Associates, Inc. was founded in 1971 by Harry and Lois Robbins.  The family business is now operated by their son Loyd Robbins and their three grandsons, Kevin, Troy, and Derek Robbins.
